Message from the Founder, Prime CRA: Matthew M. Foster
Clinical trials & the research industry in general has the ability to address all 3 levels of health intervention That’s why I have committed myself to monitoring to ensure patient safety and quality data.
Through the lenses of public health, I see clinical research as a way to circulate life changing knowledge (primary intervention) to serve the community while providing various health services (secondary/tertiary interventions) to serve the individual. As a clinical research associate, I’m acclimated to using planning/preparation to attain success…but it wasn’t always this way.
A near-decade in clinical trials quickly taught me that preparation and determination were only as effective as the opportunities I was afforded. These opportunities can be lacking or abundant depending on the job market. Market oversaturation is not limited to the clinical trial industry and has only worsened post-pandemic. My ability thrive in this environment is a testament to my ability to navigate clinical trials and the employment process.
I am passionate about using my knowledge/experiences to help others and that is what inspired FQCM Co.
