ISSUE IDENTIFICATION PHASE

The FQ-Monitor formulates an official clinical trial diagnosis using variables and details collected during initial training/onboarding period of the contract.

ISSUE RESOLUTION PHASE

The diagnostic status is used to map out a plan customized to resolve immediate/glaring issues such as onsite visit, disorganization backlog, etc.

ISSUE PREVENTION PHASE

The resolution of issues doesn’t mean we, let up. Preventative measures will be enacted relentlessly in tandem with regular monitoring activity.
